Accrediting 3700 delegates within 3 hours before the opening ceremony of the 74th International Astronautical Congress in Baku 2023, held from 2nd to 6th October, presented a considerable challenge.
To overcome this challenge, we devised and implemented a self-printing terminal solution at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
This innovative approach enabled us to provide over 2500 accreditations upon arrival within 5 days, effectively minimizing the crowd at the accreditation center.
