Recruiting, interviewing, assigning, and managing over 4000 workforce members across about 20 venues within a tight 4-month timeframe presented a significant challenge for the Baku 2019 European Youth Olympic Festival.
We implemented the Aramis Workforce Management and Accreditation solution, resulting in the collection of more than 20,000 applications. Leveraging the system's flexible search and filtering mechanisms, we efficiently selected the best candidates and assigned them to suitable roles.
The quick implementation of training sessions ensured that the staff was well-prepared, contributing to the successful execution of the event.
