The World Urban Forum 13 (WUF13) is a major global event that brings together policymakers, experts, and stakeholders to discuss sustainable urban development and the future of cities. Such large-scale gatherings require highly coordinated logistics, especially in transport management, to ensure smooth and secure mobility for participants.
To support this, we implemented the VAPP (Vehicle Access and Parking Permit) Management and Access Permit module, a solution designed to streamline vehicle registration, access control, and movement coordination. The importance of this implementation lies in its ability to centralize data, reduce manual processes, and enhance operational efficiency during complex events.
Our team successfully deployed the module within just one week, enabling the rapid collection and management of data on transport vehicles and their required access permissions. This allowed organizers to maintain better control over transport flows, improve security, and ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
