Responding swiftly, within a month, we introduced a dedicated volunteer assignment tool as part of the Workforce Management module. This tool adeptly aligned functional requirements for workforce roles with the actual skill sets and knowledge of candidates.
The outcome? The seamless assignment of 30,000 candidates in just one week, ensuring a smooth volunteer management process throughout the event.
