We stepped in with a tailored solution, crafting Event Management software specifically designed to meet the pre-race and race-time operational needs of F1. This one-source solution seamlessly integrated workforce management, accreditation, access control, meal management, and uniform systems. Successfully implemented for both the inaugural and subsequent races, Aramis provided a comprehensive and efficient solution for F1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix operations.
Since 2016, ARAMIS has delivered full-scope system support, recruiting and accrediting over 90,000 workforce members, including volunteers, marshals, paid staff, security, and contractors, ensuring the seamless execution of one of the most prestigious events in motorsports.
